Ingredients

peeled and chopped

courgette

sweetcorn

chopped tomatoes

chilli flakes
pinch
paprika
pinch
dried mixed herbs

dried pasta
750ml
boiling water
50g
grated cheese
Instructions
Heat the oil in the pan, add the garlic and gently cook.
Add in the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes
Add the chopped tomatoes, herbs and spices. Bring to a simmer.
Add the pasta and water, stir well and bring to a simmer.
Lid on and simmer 12-15 minutes until the pasta is cooked.
Season and serve with grated cheese.
