Measure out the oats.
Melt the marg/butter
Add the honey and marg/butter into the oats and stir.
Add the raisins plus cinnamon and mix.
Mash the banana and add.
Spoon into a greased and lined tin.
Bake at Gas Mark 5/200C for 20 minutes. I like to cover the top for part of the cooking to stop the raisins burning.
