200gself raising flour (wholemeal if you have it and gluten free flour works well too)
1tspbaking powder
1/2tspbicarbonate of soda
1tspcinnamon
100goats
50gdark chocolate, in chunks and some shavings
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C, 180 fan. Prepare a muffin tin with muffin tin cases.
Mash the bananas (top tip, you can freeze ripe bananas and defrost to use for baking).
Mix in the nut butter, yoghurt, honey, and eggs.
Add in the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, oats and mix.
Spoon or use an ice-cream scoop to fill the muffin cases, then push a chunk of chocolate into each muffin. Top with grated chocolate and bake for 20 minutes.
