Iced Rooibos and Orange Tea

I love water and I drink plenty of it, in fact my husband calls me a fish. I mainly drink water and variations on a theme of tea. There are times when you just want something that isn’t water and in the summer a hot cuppa doesn’t always hit the spot.

Years ago I worked in a beach cafe and one year we sold iced tea, cold from the fridge but with it ice. I tried it a few times and it just didn’t agree with my taste buds. So I’ve always steered away from it. Recently a friend gave me a glass of iced Rooibos tea and it was lovely. Hence I set about trying making it myself. Being Rooibos tea this is caffeine free and apparently the used tea bags are great for helping eczema (I haven’t tested this out).

I’m loving this and plan to try a few others teas iced. You will need to adjust the honey to suit your taste.
