I saw Priya to obtain some nutritional advice.  My diet needed only a few tweaks to ensure that I was getting all of the nutrients that my body required. The advice also highlighted that my love of chocolate was resulting in an over intake of saturated fat.  To help I was given a snack list which does include chocolate but at more sensible levels.
