Now this has fast turned into a favourite dessert and happened just by accident. I’m sure some of the best recipes have been created this way 😉
I planned this to be a yummy smoothie for myself and it turned into a dessert that the kids went mad for. Bang went mummies smoothie! What I love about this is how quick it is and how healthy. Packed with fruit and calcium, low in calories and fat. Creamy and cooling on a hot summers day. Give it a go.
